Tutorial: How to prepare your kite for boat lift

Follow the detailed instructions in our video tutorial for the kitesurf lift. This method is tested and approved for launching from a motorboat.

Step 1: Prepare the bar and lines

Unroll your kitesurfing bar completely, making sure the lines are straight and not twisted. Keep the red side on the right as a reference point.

Step 2: Connect the kite

Use a lark’s head knot to connect the kite line to the main line. Tighten securely for a secure and reliable connection.

Step 3: Adjust the bridle

Untangle the bridles and then place them inside the kite, securing them with the valve cap. This step is crucial to avoid tangles during preparation.

Step 4: Wrap the lines

Wrap the lines around the bar, starting from the side opposite the safety system. Wrap about 90% of the line, leaving enough room for casting.

Step 5: Fold the kite

Starting from the ears of the kite, fold it in half and then into thirds, overlapping the side sections over the central one.

Step 6: Put it in your backpack

First put the folded kite and then the bar into the backpack.

Your kite is ready! Now we can inflate and launch the kite directly from the boat, in complete safety.
