**Politica di Cancellazione e Termini per Sport invernali**
Welcome to our Winter Sports School! We are excited to share with you the thrill of practicing snow sports wherever you are. If you have booked at Piani di Bobbio (Lecco) remember to arrive with your ski pass in front of the Martino Sport Rental shop; if you have booked in St. Moritz contact the instructor directly to agree on the most convenient meeting point for everyone.
To ensure a pleasant experience we have established the following cancellation policy and terms:
Reservations:
1. Reservations for Winter Sports courses must be made in advance via our online booking system or by contacting us directly on 3397859743.
2. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the course.
3. Reservations are subject to availability and will be confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Cancellations by the Customer:
1. Cancellation Within 7 Days of Booking: If you decide to cancel the course within 7 days of booking, we will refund the full amount paid.
2. Cancellation Within 48 Hours Before the Course Start: If you cancel within 48 hours before the course start, we will charge a penalty of 50% of the amount paid and refund you the remaining 50%.
3. Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Course Start: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the course start will result in the loss of the entire amount paid.
Cancellations by the Center:
1. In the event that the center has to cancel the course due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances that make it impossible to safely conduct the lessons, we will offer you the possibility of rescheduling the course for another date at no additional cost or receiving a full refund of the amount paid.
2. Mc4season will do its best to communicate any changes or cancellations with as much notice as possible. Requirements and Security: All students must be registered with MC4SEASON before attending the course.
General Conditions:
1. All cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email to info@mc4season.it or via other official means of communication (whatsapp at 3397859743)
2. We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred due to the cancellation of the course, such as travel or accommodation expenses.
3. Acceptance of the terms and conditions of the cancellation policy is implicit in the booking of the course.
Additional Notes
– Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of confirmation of cancellation.
– The refund will be made using Bank Transfer as the payment method.
– Credits for future bookings are non-transferable and must be used within the specified period.

If you need further information or assistance, do not hesitate to contact us. The reservation is considered regularly confirmed upon receipt of the service fee you purchased per person for winter sports carried out at the locations of Piani di Bobbio (LC) and St. Moritz (CH). For the Snowkite course at the locations to be defined from time to time, the reservation is considered regularly confirmed upon receipt of the deposit of €100 per person. The balance of the course must be paid at the school check-in upon arrival on the first day.
